Word has it a Sangai fawn was born at the Patna Zoo.
The endangered Sangai, also known as the brow-antlered, Thamin or Dancing deer, are known to live in marsh areas of the Kaibul Lamjao National Park in the northeast state of Manipur.
It is estimated that fewer than 200 Sangai deer are alive today.
